The tournament will have 5 rounds, swiss system.Time limits
25 minutes for whole game to each player (with digital timer - 20 minutes and 10 seconds per move).Participation charges
50 sheqalim. Holders of partial books will pay special fee.Prizes
70% of collected charges will be given to winners.Cups and special prizes.

The administration reserves the right to make changes.
